Physical life inventory

Working in the physical life of the character is essential for any kind of actors, and a good way to do it through the physical life inventory.

The physical life inventory is a good recourse to try different movements and way of moving. It is a great tool to explore the wide range of possibilities that our body can develop and not just to

Each person move in a very specific way, and the way this person move will determine what kind of person is. Each action contain an emotion life and depending the actions that our character does we will be feeling something different. Perhaps our character has the shoulder forwards and down, and he looks most of the time to floor. If we adapt our body to this posture suddenly our mood, way of look and even our voice is going to change. For that reason this particular inventory is a powerful tool to approach the person that we are trying to be. The more specific we are taking notes and details in our inventory the better and easy that will be to create and develop or character.
The inventory of psychical life really helps me to develop my character because it makes me think a lot about the person that I was studying. All of those questions help as a guide in the process of creating the character. Before to answer one of the questions of the physical inventory I tried to imagine that I was that person and think about how this person will move and why she will move in that way.

Good acting is the one that is made with the hard, soul and spirit of the artist. It is the one than when you see it, you can not apart your eyes from it. The good acting is so intense that it does not past through your mind, it goes directly to your hard. You will feel a shiver if your a watching good acting. It is also the one that makes you think after the show. Thus when you go out of the theater you do not talk about the show, you talk about about your life. It is the one that make you experience the beauty of wonder.

This is my last year of my undergraduate program in Teaching visual art and physical theater. As an actor we have being doing  an intensive training working not only the emotional life, but also our physicality. One hour and half of dance ( valley and modern dance), 2 hour of training and 2 hour of workshop 4 days a week. I acted in the production of A Midsummer Night's Dream

But without the one that really change my whole perspective of what i was thinking was acting was The fool

In this last play I had search really deep into my and go put my body into the extreme. Working in the precises movement, in the present of the actor and connecting the body with the emotion. Body and emotion were just one entity. It was very very hard an exhausting. But It was at the same incredible and reassuring.

I would love to train my emotions, learn how to control them. I also i am interesting in working monologues. On the other hand I want to improve as a teacher and as a person.

I would love to receive from you tons of ideas to improve my tools and discover new ones. And if is possible i would really appreciate if you as a professor could explain my all the work that is behind the classes that we are having. I know that you have planned the classes very carefully and that most of the exercise have a why.

I am excited about this course and very very happy with the class, I have a strong felling that we all are going to learn from each other.

Looking forward for acting I
